The Rotary Club of James City County is dedicated to community service, personal and professional growth, fellowship and fun in Williamsburg, Virginia! Whether you’re a current member, a local resident looking to get involved, or a visitor hoping to meet Rotarians in the area, we hope you’ll join us for projects and events throughout the year.

Rotarians provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.

Club MEetings

Note: for a complete calendar of local and area Rotary events please scroll to the bottom of this page.

Breakfast Group meetings are held the first and third Fridays at 7 AM at the Rivers Edge Buffet in the Elements Restaurant in the Kingsmill Conference Center.

Evening Group meets the second Wednesdays at 6:30 PM in the Riverside Doctors Hospital conference room just off the lobby.

Club social events with both groups are held on the fourth Wednesdays. The venue rotates to different locations around Williamsburg.

Wednesday, November 12th 6:30 PM. Evening meeting with speaker Christy King, founder of Christopher King Foundation.

Thursday, November 13th. District Foundation Awards Banquet at Colonial Heritage in Williamsburg, November 13.

Thursday, November20th. Volunteers needed for the Salvation Army Mobile Food Pantry from 1 PM to 4 PM. Dress for the weather and in your Rotary attire. Come as your schedule allows.

Friday-Saturday, November 21st-22nd. Volunteers needed for the Grove Pickleball Gobbler Invitational.

Friday, November 21st, 7 AM. Morning meeting with business and updates.

Sunday, December 7th. Williamsburg “Rocking Retro” Christmas Parade.

Wednesday, December10th, 6 PM to 8 PM. Club-wide Holiday Party at South of the Border Mexican Restaurant. $20 per person. Come in your best or worst sweater for a chance to win prizes. RSVP to Terri terrie@stronggirlspirit.com by December 1st.
