The Rotary Club of James City County is dedicated to community service, personal and professional growth, fellowship and fun in Williamsburg, Virginia! Whether you’re a current member, a local resident looking to get involved, or a visitor hoping to meet Rotarians in the area, we hope you’ll join us for projects and events throughout the year.

Club MEetings

Note: for a complete calendar of local and area Rotary events please scroll to the bottom of this page.

Breakfast Group meetings are held the first and third Fridays at 7 AM at the Rivers Edge Buffet in the Elements Restaurant in the Kingsmill Conference Center.

Evening Group meets the second Wednesdays at 6:30 PM in the Riverside Doctors Hospital conference room just off the lobby.

Club social events with both groups are held on the fourth Wednesdays. The venue rotates to different locations around Williamsburg.

District Presidential Retreat/PrePETS January 2026. Details TBD.

Wednesday, January 14th. Evening group at Riverside Doctors Hospital. New member orientation 5:30 PM. Meeting follows at 6:30 PM. Speaker will be our own Terrie Nathan on “Better Together: The Mental Health Magic of Serving Others.”

Friday, January 16, 7 AM. Morning group meeting. Regular business meeting.

Friday, February 6, 7 AM. Morning group meeting. Regular business meeting.

Friday, February 20, 7 AM. Morning group meeting. Regular business meeting.

Saturday, March 7th. Watch our own Terrie Nathan compete in the local “Dancing with the Stars.” The event supports Literacy for Life and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Details TBD.

April 21st. District 7600 Golf Outing at the Kingsmill River Course.

April 25th. Williamsburg Craft Beer Festival.
